- Our items are lovingly handcrafted and often customized to your order. Due to this process, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be dispatched. This timeframe allows our artisans to create your unique piece with the attention it deserves.
Shipping Carrier:
- To ensure safe and transparent delivery, we ship all orders through India Post. This trusted carrier allows us to provide reliable tracking and delivery services.
Shipping Times:
- Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that international shipping may take longer due to customs processes.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.
Tracking Information:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
No Cash on Delivery (COD):

Handcrafted Items are Non-Returnable:

Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or repair, depending on the situation.
- Unboxing Video Requirement:
  - To process a return for a damaged or defective product, a clear and unedited unboxing video is mandatory. This video must show the package being opened and the condition of the item upon arrival.
  - Without a clear unboxing video, we will be unable to process your return request.
- Once the video has been received and verified, we will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.

Cancellation Policy:
- - Because the items are hand made, and production begins quickly after an order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed. After 24 hours the order can not be cancelled.
